And   economically viable for distributive power generation and for agriculture irrigation, post harvest refrigeration.  India has potential for bio energy  around 2,45000  mw and total achievement planned  60,000 mw and present capacity is only, 950 mw out of which 45% are  distributed.  With   this India has green house gases reduction potential more than100 million tones  per year.
