  有记者提问:近日,美国务院发布2024年《军控、防扩散与裁军遵约报告》,指责中国未遵守“暂停核试验”承诺、开展敏感生物军事活动等,请问中方对此有何评论?

  林剑:美国年年发布所谓《军控、防扩散与裁军遵约报告》,其内容一向是罔顾事实,预设立场,一方面对美方军控、裁军与防扩散领域斑斑劣迹避而不谈,另一方面又对他国履约情况进行毫无事实依据的抹黑指责。中方对此坚决反对。

  在国际军控和防扩散领域,中方坚持真正的多边主义,坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系和以国际法为基础的国际秩序,认真履行各项国际义务和承诺,以实际行动为维护国际军控和防扩散体系作出中国贡献。

  反观美方,顽固坚持冷战思维,肆意挑动大国对抗,放手发展军力,极力谋求绝对安全优势,严重破坏全球和地区战略稳定。为转移焦点、逃避责任向其他国家泼脏水是美方一贯伎俩,国际社会对此有目共睹。我们敦促美方停止对他国指手画脚,认真检视自身在军控、裁军和防扩散领域的所作所为,积极回应国际社会对美方在遵约方面的合理关切。(完)
