　　中新网北京4月19日电 (记者郭超凯梁晓辉)十四届全国人大常委会第九次会议将于下周举行，能源法草案将提请审议。

　　全国人大常委会法工委发言人杨合庆19日在北京举行的记者会上介绍说，能源是经济社会发展的基础性要素，能源安全事关经济发展、社会稳定、国家安全，是重大的全局性、战略性问题。按照党中央部署和十四届全国人大常委会立法规划、2024年度立法工作计划的安排，国家发展改革委、国家能源局起草了能源法草案，由国务院提请本次常委会会议审议。

　　他介绍说，草案着重从宏观层面就能源领域基础性重大问题作出规定，旨在保障能源安全，促进能源绿色低碳转型和可持续性发展，推动能源高质量发展。主要内容包括：健全能源规划体系、完善能源开发利用制度、加强能源市场体系建设、健全能源储备体系和应急制度、加强能源科技创新等。 (完)
