  今天(4月15日),中国核能行业协会发布《中国核能发展报告2024》蓝皮书,从核电运行、工程建设、科技创新等方面总结分析了当前我国核能行业发展状况。《蓝皮书》显示,截至目前,我国在建核电机组26台,在建机组数量继续保持世界领先。

  我国在建核电机组数量保持世界领先

  《蓝皮书》显示,我国核电机组建设稳步推进。2023年我国新核准5个核电项目,新开工5台核电机组。截至目前,我国在建核电机组26台,总装机容量3030万千瓦,继续保持世界第一。

  中国核能行业协会副理事长兼秘书长 张廷克:2023年我国新增商运核电机组2台,分别是防城港核电二期3号机组和石岛湾高温气冷堆示范工程。(目前我国)商运核电机组数量达到55台,额定装机容量达到5703万千瓦,位列全球第三,仅次于美国、法国。

  我国核电发电量持续增长,2023年达到4333.71亿千瓦时,位居全球第二。相较于燃煤发电,2023年我国核电发电相当于减少燃烧标准煤超过1.3亿吨。

  同时,我国核电安全运行也持续保持国际先进水平,2023年我国有33台机组在世界核电运营者协会的综合指数中达到满分,这个指数反映了核电机组在发电能力、安全性能等方面的综合水平,我国核电机组的满分比例高于美国、俄罗斯等主要核电国家。

  中核集团秦山核电总经理 尚宪和:结合我们自己的经验,针对电厂的薄弱环节,开展了大量科研和改造活动,针对我们电厂运行年限较长的机组,进行了大量数字化智能化改造,把我们的设备处于一种最佳状态。截至目前,秦山核电已经安全运行超过32年,累计发电超过8100亿千瓦时,为国民经济发展作出了重大贡献。

  我国核电工程建造能力全面提升

  《蓝皮书》还显示,随着我国核电工程建造技术自主化水平稳步提高,形成了从筹备到施工、调试到商运多种堆型、多台机组同时建设的核电工程全生命周期建造能力。

  最新数据显示,2023年我国核电工程建设投资完成额949亿元,较上年增长272亿元,增长额创近五年最高水平。目前,国内在建核电工程整体上稳步推进,项目安全、质量、技术、环境保护等方面均得到有效控制。

  中国核能行业协会常务理事 周博:特别是实现了“华龙一号”为代表的先进核电机组进入到批量化生产阶段,由原先的“单堆建设”步入到“多堆同时建设”阶段,核电工程“一体化”建造能力,包括穹顶吊装技术、重型设备吊装技术以及群堆建设管理能力均得到了很高提升。通过最优化发展路径,改进性培育了核电工程建设施工技术模块化施工能力,以及配套装备都进行了国产化,也进一步提升了核电建设效率。

  近年来我国不断加大自主研发和科技创新力度,推动核工程建造过程中关键工艺技术迭代升级,实现了由过去的依赖进口到如今的国产化率稳步提高,核电建造的智能化、数字化建造水平得到进一步提升,同类堆型的机组建造周期持续优化。

  《蓝皮书》显示,目前我国核电建设已构建起多层严密的核安全责任体系,通过标准化建设等措施,对建造过程、设施维护、运行活动等过程中的人员、设备按要求进行了系统性安全控制,确保我国核安全状况总体良好。
